That's why we offer priority shipping for wholesalers only: anyone ordering in Europe, Asia, or North America and Africa will receive their orders directly from our Middle East plantations. For faster service, our buyers will receive their product from our distribution center in SWITZERLAND. All international shipments are hand packed with the utmost care and sent by private courier to ensure fast and safe delivery and maximum freshness.

Shipping FAQ ( Shipping policy )
1Processing
All orders are processed within 48 hours of confirmation of sale. As all our products are unique, developed and created in-house, some items may take 3-5 working days to be ready for shipment.
2Shipping
We are a SWISS based company that uses SWISS Post to ship to all countries. All standard domestic deliveries are expected to be delivered within seven to ten working days throughout Switzerland, excluding public holidays. International deliveries should be made within twenty-one working days. If you require a faster service such as Fed Ex or UPS, please contact us for more information by emailing info@lediamont.ch.
3Shipping Confirmation
Please be sure to leave your email address when you checkout so we can send you a tracking number for your order. If you did not leave your email address and have not received your tracking number, or if you have any other problems with your order, please email us at info@lediamont.ch.
4Return Shipping

5Why is delivery not free?
We offer heavily discounted flat rate shipping based on the size of your order. We have kept our prices as low as possible and continue to lower our prices whenever we can. So, rather than subsidizing the cost of shipping in the price of our products and offering free or reduced shipping, we opt for a more transparent pricing system.
6What are the processing and shipping times?
Estimated turnaround times are listed next to each shipping method when you finalize your order, and are also listed in your confirmation email under the shipping address. From start to finish, your order is processed, filled and shipped by human beings! For optimum quality and freshness, all our products are poured and filled by hand to order, rather than bagged. We pride ourselves on this personal touch, ensuring that every package is perfect.

Return Policy FAQ
1Return information
We want your return experience to be as pleasant and easy as possible. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, you can contact us concerning a refund within 5 days of receiving your order. Any returned items must be received within 7 days of invoice date. We’re sorry, but returns are not accepted after this time and will not be refunded.
2Return Instructions
Please email info@lediamont.ch before returning your items, and we will be glad to assist you with your return. Once we receive the items, we will credit back the cost of the items to your account (based on the payment method used for the order). If you paid with a check or money order, your refund will be issued in the form of a company check.
3Order Discrepancies, Broken or Damaged Items, etc.
If you notice a discrepancy with your order after receiving it, or receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us immediately within 5 days of receiving the order so that we can remedy the problem. Any order errors reported after 5 days cannot be remedied.
4Policy Restrictions
International shipping charges are non-refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item(s) ordered will clear their country’s customs. Lediamont Store is not responsible for any international orders that may be discarded by customs.
