Cognac 1995 Borderies Maison VT 48,7% Vol. Gift Box
CASK STRENGTH
The Cognacs of the “Borderies” appellation, the smallest production area of the 6 Cognac crus, give round, bouquety and sweet eaux-de-vie, characterized by a scent of violets.
Patiently matured for 28 years in oak barrels from Limousin, this Borderies Cognac was selected by the cellar master for its aromatic finesse, its perfect balance, the uniqueness of its aromatic palette, and above all for the taste pleasure it provides.
On the nose, beautiful roundness and finesse, soft and delicate floral scents of violets and white flowers.
Gourmet palate of vine peach and apple, followed in the end by a slight rancio and candied fruit.
