L’ÉPHÉMÈRE

The color is blond like wheat and enlivened by a myriad of extremely fine bubbles. The whole generates a thin bead on the surface and gives a feeling of completion.

Serve at 10°C in a well-shaped flute. At the table, a plate of morels with cream, an andouillette with mushrooms, sweetbreads, a Corsican sheep or a Sassenage blue cheese, will be good partners.
